This website provides a catalogue of automotive spare parts for browsing, vehicle-fitment lookup, and part enquiries. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this website by anyone else.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, part numbers, and pricing displayed on this website are accurate. However, errors may occur, and product images are for illustrative purposes and may not reflect the exact item supplied. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time.
3. Vehicle Fitment Information
The Shop by Vehicle tool and product fitment information are provided to help you identify parts that are likely compatible with your vehicle, based on make, model, and generation. This information is a guide to assist your search and is not a substitute for final compatibility verification. Actual compatibility can also depend on vehicle-specific details such as VIN/chassis number, engine variant, production date, or the original-equipment (OEM) part number fitted to your specific vehicle. Where any doubt exists, please confirm fitment with us — including your OEM part number or VIN where possible — before relying on it, and always before fitting a part. We are glad to assist with fitment enquiries whenever sufficient vehicle information is supplied.
4. Pricing
Prices displayed on this website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are the prices applicable to the advertised product at the time displayed, subject to correction of genuine errors and confirmation where appropriate. Prices are subject to change without notice.
5. Stock and Availability
Stock status shown on the website reflects our records at the time but is not a guarantee of availability. We will let you know as soon as possible if an item you have enquired about is unavailable. An enquiry or quotation does not, by itself, reserve a product for you unless we confirm otherwise.
6. Orders, Payment and Collection (Current Process)
At present, SpareHub operates on a catalogue-and-enquiry basis. You may browse the catalogue and contact us via WhatsApp to enquire about a part, request a quotation, or confirm fitment. Orders are currently arranged directly with SpareHub rather than through an online checkout.
The current accepted payment method is EFT (electronic funds transfer). Payment instructions will be provided as part of the order or quotation process. SpareHub does not currently accept credit or debit card payments, or any other online payment gateway, through this website.
SpareHub currently offers collection of confirmed orders only. Delivery is not currently offered. Collection arrangements will be confirmed directly with you once your order has been confirmed.
7. Future Online Orders (Not Yet Active)
This website is built to support additional online ordering, payment, and delivery functionality in future. Once introduced, applicable Terms covering order acceptance, online payment, delivery, and cancellation will be updated and published here before any such functionality goes live.
8. Warranties
Warranty coverage may depend on the manufacturer, supplier, the product itself, and the nature of the fault. Where a manufacturer or supplier warranty applies, the relevant terms may be communicated to you with the product or during the transaction. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any right you have under applicable South African consumer law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008.
9. Returns and Cancellations
Returns remain subject to applicable South African consumer law and our separate Returns & Refunds Policy, which sets out the full process.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and catalogue structure — is owned by or licensed to SpareHub, except where otherwise indicated (such as manufacturer trademarks and part images used for identification purposes). You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content commercially without our prior written permission.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access to it, disrupting its operation, or using automated tools to scrape or copy the catalogue without our permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SpareHub will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on information published on it, other than as required by the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits any right or protection you have under South African consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
